为研究单颗粒在旋转流场中的运动状态及受力情况,以毫米级球形颗粒为例,利用旋转流场颗粒运动装置,通过使用摄像机记录颗粒在流场中的运动轨迹以获取其运动参数,分析了不同转速和颗粒直径条件下颗粒的运动轨迹,拟合得到了颗粒运动状态判别公式以及颗粒运动轨迹公式,分析了颗粒在旋转流场中的受力情况。结果表明,颗粒在旋转流场平衡状态下运动状态主要分为两类,一类是未离开壁面保持静止,另一类是离开壁面保持稳定周向运动;颗粒进行周向运动的轨迹为椭圆形,并且圆心随着转速的增大靠近旋转中心,而随着粒径的增大靠近壁面;颗粒在旋转流场的运动过程中主要受到离心力和旋转科式力作用。  相似文献

We perform numerical simulations of hexagonal quantum dots of AlGaN semiconductors. We show that the competition between surface mass diffusion and evaporation rules the morphology of the quantum dots. The system displays three different behaviors: presence of separated islands without a wetting layer, islands dissolving into the wetting layer, or islands that do not evolve. The first behavior is of special interest because its optoelectrical properties are significantly improved in comparison with quantum dots with a wetting layer.  相似文献

In recent years, there has been high interest in paper-based microfluidic sensors or microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs) towards low-cost, portable, and easy-to-use sensing for chemical and biological targets. μPAD allows spontaneous liquid flow without any external or internal pumping, as well as an innate filtration capability. Although both optical (colorimetric and fluorescent) and electrochemical detection have been demonstrated on μPADs, several limitations still remain, such as the need for additional equipment, vulnerability to ambient lighting perturbation, and inferior sensitivity. Herein, alternative detection methods on μPADs are reviewed to resolve these issues, including relatively well studied distance-based measurements and the newer capillary flow dynamics-based method. Detection principles, assay performance, strengths, and weaknesses are explained for these methods, along with their potential future applications towards point-of-care medical diagnostics and other field-based applications.  相似文献

The non-equilibrium electron–positron–photon plasma thermalization process is studied using relativistic Boltzmann solver, taking into account quantum corrections both in non-relativistic and relativistic cases. Collision integrals are computed from exact QED matrix elements for all binary and triple interactions in the plasma. It is shown that in non-relativistic case (temperatures kBT0.3mec2) binary interaction rates dominate over triple ones, resulting in establishment of the kinetic equilibrium prior to final relaxation towards the thermal equilibrium, in agreement with the previous studies. On the contrary, in relativistic case (final temperatures kBT0.3mec2) triple interaction rates are fast enough to prevent the establishment of kinetic equilibrium. It is shown that thermalization process strongly depends on quantum degeneracy in initial state, but does not depend on plasma composition.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to synthesize nanocomposites based on cationic polyelectrolytes and silver nanoparticles using poly(N-vinylbenzyl-N-triethylammonium chloride) as polymer phase. For that, a nanostructured crosslinker was synthesized from silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and acrylic acid. Molybdate retention properties of nanocomposites were studied in function of pH and ionic strength. In addition, their antimicrobial properties were evaluated against E. coli and S. aureus. It was evidenced that AgNPs can be stabilized using acrylic acid and that this material can be incorporated to the polymer phase during polymerization by free radical of cationic monomers. The effect of pH on retention of molybdate, by the nanostructured polymer, was significant only to low ionic strength (the order seen was pH 5.0 > pH 7.0 > pH 9.0 for 0.0% NaCl). Results suggest that the main interaction influencing the molybdate retention is electrostatic in nature. Finally, antimicrobial activity was enhanced by incorporation of polymerizable nanostructured crosslinker based on AgNPs.  相似文献

Given a graph G we are interested in studying the symmetric matrices associated to G with a fixed number of negative eigenvalues. For this class of matrices we focus on the maximum possible nullity. For trees this parameter has already been studied and plenty of applications are known. In this work we derive a formula for the maximum nullity and completely describe its behavior as a function of the number of negative eigenvalues. In addition, we also carefully describe the matrices associated with trees that attain this maximum nullity. The analysis is then extended to the more general class of unicyclic graphs. Further our work is applied to re-describing all possible partial inertias associated with trees, and is employed to study an instance of the inverse eigenvalue problem for certain trees.  相似文献

Structures of ionic liquids (ILs) 1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)azanide ([C10mim][TFSA]) and 1-decyl-dimethylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)azanide ([C10(mim)2](TFSA)2) in different-sized mica slits have been investigated using molecular dynamics simulations. Ion density and angular distributions for monocationic IL [C10mim][TFSA] were analysed to elucidate the IL structures under different surface charges and especially their changes in the direction perpendicular to the surfaces. [C10mim][TFSA] formes in bilayers, compatible with existing models of ILs with long alkyl chains. For dicationic IL [C10(mim)2](TFSA)2, cations adjacent to the mica surface tend to stay parallel to the surface with both positively charged rings absorbed. While near the centre of the slit, dications show the weak tendency of orientation distribution, more random than [C10mim]+ ions. Structures of [C10(mim)2](TFSA)2 cannot be described by bilayer models. Additionally, the in-plane arrangement of [C10mim][TFSA] is more ordered when K+ ions completely neutralise the negative charge of the mica surface, and [C10mim]+ ions tend to be located in hexagonal mica lattices with two aluminium atoms in replacement of silicon atoms. [TFSA]? ions are constrained by the neighbouring K+ ions absorbed onto mica lattices.  相似文献

Marsdenia tenacissima, or Tongguanteng in Chinese, is a traditional Chinese herb and has a broad application in clinical practice for its pharmacological effects of treating asthma, pneumonia, tonsillitis, pharyngitis tumors, etc. However, few studies have reported the screening of the active components of this medicine for tumor therapy. In this work, a two‐dimensional analytical system was developed to screen antagonists of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) from M. tenacissima. A fraction was retained on the EGFR cell membrane chromatography (CMC) column, separated and identified as tenacissoside G (TG), tenacissoside H (TH) and tenacissoside I (TI) by two‐dimensional HPLC–IT–TOF–MS. Molecular docking and 3‐(4,5‐dimethyl‐2‐thiazolyl)‐2,5‐diphenyl‐2‐H‐tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay were carried out to assess the activity of TS (including TG, TH and TI). Molecular docking results showed that the binding mode of TS on EGFR is similar to that of gefitinib. The MTT assay demonstrated that gefitinib and TS (especially TI) could inhibit the growth of EGFR highly expressed cell lines in a dose‐dependent manner in the range of 5–50 μmol/L. In conclusion, the two‐dimensional EGFR/CMC–HPLC–IT–TOF–MS system could be a useful approach in drug discovery from traditional Chinese medicines for searching for potential antitumor candidates.  相似文献

Exact solutions of the linear water‐wave problem describing oblique water waves trapped by a submerged horizontal cylinder of small (but otherwise fairly arbitrary) cross‐section in a two‐layer fluid are constructed in the form of convergent series in powers of the small parameter characterising the “thinness” of the cylinder.
